Descrição

• Build and maintain relationships with core OEM partners including Dell, Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, and VMware • Serve as the primary in-market advocate for SHI with OEM partners • Act as the local escalation point for SHI and partner field teams • Support the local sales pipeline and drive partner advocacy • Represent SHI at key OEM and partner events • Maintain a consistent local presence to influence outcomes and build SHI’s regional brand • Map local relationships and identify gaps • Provide regional insights and feedback to SHI leadership • Communicate SHI’s full regional business value across commercial, enterprise, and global sellers • Inform leadership about relationship strength, strategic partners, and regional opportunities • Coordinate across multiple reporting lines and teams

🎯 Requisitos

• Candidates must reside in the Southeast U.S. region • Ability to travel within the assigned territory for customer and partner engagements • Completed Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3-5 years of experience in outside sales • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events • Sales-oriented, with experience as an Account Executive or similar field role • Exceptional communicator, able to influence without direct authority • Deep understanding of partner and OEM dynamics • Credibility with OEM field teams and SHI internal sales leadership • Ability to represent the region’s voice • Ability to utilize industry software and platforms to analyze market trends, forecast sales, and drive business growth • Ability to identify, create, develop, and manage high-impact sales opportunities and lead a team to achieve and exceed sales targets • Ability to work and collaborate within a matrix management structure • Intermediate skill level in required software/platform use, sales opportunity management, and matrix collaboration
