Descrição

• Develop and enhance Archer applications for SOC incident tracking, POA&M management, and A&A lifecycle monitoring • Configure and optimize Archer questionnaires • Align Archer solutions with NIST 800-53, 800-37, 800-30, and FISMA requirements • Design, develop, and configure core and on-demand applications and custom workflows • Develop and integrate data feeds from internal and external sources • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and project management teams on Archer implementation and compliance alignment • Facilitate infrastructure configurations such as x.509 certificates while ensuring platform security and performance • Design dashboards and reports for CISO, CIO, and stakeholders • Manage change requests for Archer server updates, SQL Server configurations, and OS maintenance • Configure Archer servers in development environments and document changes across test and production • Oversee platform upgrades, patching, and post-installation validations • Troubleshoot Archer application issues with end-users, DBAs, and infrastructure teams • Gather requirements and refine Archer solutions based on customer feedback • Provide status updates to project managers • Provide training and documentation for end-users • Support risk committee reporting, issues management oversight, and vendor risk assessments • Implement process improvements using Archer automation • Coordinate with Archer vendor support on issue resolution and platform enhancements • Integrate Archer audit logs with Splunk and generate executive-level security reports

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field • 8+ years of relevant software development experience • Strong experience in Archer GRC platform development, configuration, and administration • Strong experience with Archer’s Advanced Workflow and Custom Objects • Experience with Archer advanced workflow and questionnaire capabilities • Experience developing Archer applications, integrating risk data feeds, and automating GRC processes • Knowledge of NIST 800-series frameworks, including 800-53, 800-37, and 800-30 • Experience working in federal security and compliance environments, aligning solutions with FISMA and NIST frameworks • Proficiency designing and configuring core and on-demand Archer applications, workflow automation, and data integrations • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and SQL Server administration related to Archer • Experience automating risk acceptance processes, POA&M tracking, and A&A workflows • Experience integrating Archer with external systems via data feeds, imports, and APIs • Knowledge of Archer access control, role-based security, and compliance-driven configurations • Ability to develop and maintain Archer dashboards and reports • Strong troubleshooting skills involving Archer, databases, and web server integrations • Ability to gather and translate business and client requirements into Archer designs, configurations, and workflows • Ability to document configurations, workflows, and system updates • Applicants must currently be a U.S. citizen in compliance with federal contract requirements • Recent hands-on development experience with Archer 6.15 is beneficial • Familiarity with OSCAL is beneficial • CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications are beneficial • Experience with Excel VBA macros is beneficial
