Descrição

• Provide network operations and support for private, public, and hybrid cloud infrastructure, networks, and security • Upgrade, install, and configure cloud solutions, monitoring, application access, security, Palo Alto Networks, Citrix NetScaler, and Citrix ADC • Report on current infrastructure status and plan for future usage • Configure and support Azure ExpressRoute backbone connections, direct connections, and VPN architecture • Maintain IP CIDR block allocation and modify networks, subnets, VLANs, and routes • Verify and act on events from network monitoring tools and Web Application Firewall tools • Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes • Collaborate to resolve network outages and customer-impacting issues • Contribute to project execution • Create, update, and complete technical documentation • Investigate incident root causes and produce follow-up reports and final content • Collaborate with network engineers to improve operations, security, procedures, and techniques • Provide the highest level of customer service • Escalate urgent support requests to vendors and telecommunications/exchange/service providers • Apply network updates, patches, and configuration changes • Plan network layouts and configure systems for user environments • Mentor colleagues as needed • Maintain knowledge of Varian applications • Provide on-call support as required • Report to the Manager of Global Cloud Operations

🎯 Requisitos

• Degree in computer science, or another engineering or technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent; 5–7 years of additional specific relevant experience may be substituted for education • Experience supporting and managing networks in an enterprise cloud computing environment • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, ARP, addressing, NAT, subnetting, and CIDR • Expertise in OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, STP, and Layer 2/3 concepts • Ability to interpret packet captures using Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf, or SolarWinds • Knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN, IPsec, and SSL VPNs • Skills in hybrid networking setups and cloud-based solutions, including Azure Virtual Network • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Network firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and firewalls • Network security concepts, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, ACLs, and DDoS mitigation • Knowledge of RADIUS, TACACS+, PKI, and SSL/TLS • Experience troubleshooting telecom, peering partner, and peering provider networks • Experience with business-critical, highly available/scalable infrastructure and applications • Experience with ticket handling and processing • Clear communication of technical terms to business and customer stakeholders • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Networking services and features • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, and Juniper devices and features • ITIL knowledge and experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and other process disciplines • Experience creating diagram documentation using Visio/Lucidchart • Experience writing technical documentation related to Cloud architecture • Ability to write as-built documentation, operating procedures, instructions, and templates • Hands-on experience with firewalls, managed switches, and router configurations • Mandatory Palo Alto Networks (PAN) firewall experience • Mandatory Palo Alto certification; applicants without the certification should not apply • Azure Networking experience • Azure ExpressRoute experience • Telco/carrier networking experience is a strong plus • Citrix NetScaler experience • Ability to work EMEA business hours
