Descrição

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Windows-based applications and systems • Validate software packages, installations, upgrades, and configurations in Windows environments • Perform QA validation on endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune deployments • Test and troubleshoot Windows OS issues across multiple versions, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server • Support and validate VM environments, including provisioning, configuration, and testing • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Hyper-V environments and virtual machines • Validate file system operations, permissions, and enterprise file management processes • Perform regression, functional, and system testing across enterprise IT workflows • Document defects clearly and work with development to drive resolution • Support automation initiatives where applicable to improve QA efficiency

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–6+ years of experience in QA Engineering with strong Windows ecosystem exposure • Hands-on experience with Windows OS 10/11 and Windows Server environments • Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint/device management platforms • Strong knowledge of software packaging, installation, and troubleshooting • Experience working with virtual machines and virtualization platforms • Practical experience with Hyper-V installation, configuration, and support • Background in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support environments • Solid understanding of file systems, permissions, and enterprise file management • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: experience with test automation tools or scripting, PowerShell preferred • Preferred: familiarity with Azure-based environments and cloud-managed endpoints • Preferred: exposure to security practices, patching, and vulnerability validation • Preferred: experience in enterprise IT environments supporting multiple users/endpoints
