Descrição

• The main questions you should find an answer for, are what game should be produced, what is the development roadmap, when should the game be scaled up or stopped and what are the main KPIs for the game? • Create design concepts and work closely with the development team to implement and iterate on game features • The main communication center between all people and the development team to solve all issues related to the product. • Set the game’s short-term and long-term KPIs and find the right time for scaling the game • Build consensus over product roadmap and quarterly goals based on the game’s long term strategy. • Understand users' problems, provide creative solutions and help the team to solve them in the best way. • Break down problems into small actionable steps and keep product development moving fast and agile to achieve our long term goals • Having a problem solving approach and providing timely solutions according to the needs and goals of the product • Production of weekly / monthly reports including new features and improvements that must be implemented in the game based on various criteria. • Identify and prioritize product features and needs. • Review of competitors' business model and market analysis according to requirements. • Evaluate the product produced and review new features at each stage using data analysis, user testing, collecting feedback, providing a plan to improve and implement the product cycle from idea to implementation.

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience with game production and design • Familiar with different parts of game production process such as engineering, art, music, design • Good at strategic thinking and able to create a long-term strategic plan • Great communication and leadership skills • Familiar with the game industry and mobile applications • Ability to manage time and crisis management • Analytical and statistical skills and attention to detail (Microsoft Excel knowledge) • Ability to provide creative solutions based on product needs • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail • Excellent listening and negotiation skills • Excellent reporting and presentation skills (Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge) • Fast and self-centered learning, motivated and hardworking • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Persian and English • Capable of product development and launch in B2C • Capable of strategic product goals, strategy analysis and product design to enter the market • Capable of communicating effectively with designers, developers, marketing and user support teams, for integrated product development
