Descrição

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications • Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring they are resolved effectively • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure optimal performance and user experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement testing strategies • Write and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright or similar frameworks • Use AI tools responsibly as an assistant, not a replacement, for human-authored and human-understood code • Continuously improve QA processes, frameworks, and best practices • Stay up-to-date with emerging QA tools and industry trends • Contribute to the full software development life cycle as part of a growing QA team • Work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure software quality and reliability

🎯 Requisitos

• 90%+ English written and oral proficiency, minimum B2 level • 2+ years of QA experience • Hands-on experience with end-to-end automation frameworks; Playwright preferred, with Cypress, Maestro, Appium, or Selenium also considered • Ability to write and maintain clean, readable automated tests • Coding experience in JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or similar; comfortable writing functions and structuring projects • Experience with GitHub or similar version control tools • Ability to write clear bug reports, reproduction steps, test cases, and root cause analysis • Experience working on projects throughout the full software development life cycle • Experience using JIRA or other bug-tracking/project-management tools • Experience with Postman or API testing preferred • Familiarity with fintech or regulated software environments preferred • Experience working in small, agile QA teams preferred • Required proficiency in E2E automation, JavaScript/Python/Ruby, GitHub, JIRA, manual testing, and automated testing • Ability to work in the Central Time (CT) time zone
