A Speed é licenciada e focada em compliance (MSB registrada na FinCEN, SOC 2 Tipo II, PCI-DSS) para suportar pagamentos e saques de criptomoedas globais em nível empresarial.

Descrição

• You will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by selling Clearspeed's solutions to US federal government agencies. • Identify opportunities and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client mission needs. • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate US federal, defense, and security sectors. • Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, contracting officers, and decision-makers. • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, contract documentation, and closing. • Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements, security regulations, and company policies. • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM documentation. • Represent the company at networking opportunities, industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • At least 8 years of sales/account management experience with US federal government, DOD, or intelligence community clients. • A proven track record of success in both developing contracts and influencing buying processes. • Understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal procurement processes. • Strong pipeline management and CRM skills (Salesforce experience a plus). • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical solutions for diverse audiences. • Active US security clearance preferred; ability to obtain clearance required.
