Descrição

• Manage the complete SAP support and improvement project cycle (AMS), including scope, schedule, budget, and risks. • Coordinate multiple small and medium-sized improvement initiatives simultaneously. • Monitor performance indicators (SLA, backlog, mean time to resolution) and propose continuous improvement actions. • Facilitate operational and executive meetings with clients and AMS teams. • Support root cause analysis and remediation plans for recurring incidents. • Ensure compliance with change management processes, ITIL, and SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM. • Supervise AMS contracts, validating efforts, costs, and monthly reports. • Coordinate distributed teams (Brazil, India, USA) and maintain fluent communication in English.

🎯 Requisitos

• 8 to 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in project management or SAP AMS operations. • Experience in multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, BW, SuccessFactors, etc.). • Experience with SAP Activate, ASAP, or Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies. • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL v4; ITIL certification is a plus. • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or Azure DevOps. • Fluent English (daily communication with global stakeholders). • Spanish will be considered a plus. • Availability to work in the Pacific time zone (California).
