Descrição

• Assist Project Managers in quoting, execution, and closeout of Load Bank projects • Provide technical expertise to sales and operations team members • Support information management and resource coordination for project outcomes • Attend project and PMO meetings, document discussions, identify follow-up items, and record action items • Review RFQs for completeness and urgency and gather missing details • Assist sales and operations with level 1 and 2 service requests • Review project solution designs, technician schedules, and drawings • Assist with logistics RFQs, planning, and execution • Enter and manage project data in the ERP system • Maintain project information in the PMO project tracker • Submit profitability analysis requests and review project proposals • Generate and manage Order Prep Sheets and Pickup Notes • Review vendor invoicing and generate approved purchase orders • Assist with project budgets, transactions, trends, and change orders • Schedule freight deliveries and pickups and manage drivers and resources • Conduct site walks and periodic site visits • Assess equipment needs and provide alternative equipment suggestions • Maintain project folders, forms, documents, deadlines, submittals, requirements, and deliverables • Support customer communications and draft responses • Provide project information and documentation to OAA, OSR, and technicians • Support billing documentation, PMO reporting tools, and fleet resource planning • Provide cross-training and coverage support • Participate in safety, quality, continuous improvement, and special projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• At least five years of experience in the power distribution/generation field specifically with Load banks, power distribution and power generation equipment • Formal Electrical Training • PM Certification preferred • Technical aptitude and willingness and ability to learn the business application and fleet capabilities • Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel overnight on an average of 5% • Must pass periodic drug, alcohol, and security screening • Full-time employee eligibility for benefits begins on the first of the month following 30 days from start date
