Descrição

• Contribute significantly to the architecture and implementation approach for the team's backend systems and influence technical direction • Design and build production Python services, including APIs, stream consumers, pipelines, feature stores, and background workers • Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, and deployment discipline • Take ownership of deployment and release, partnering with DevOps on Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Productionize data scientists' experimentation into reliable services • Raise the technical bar through review, mentorship, and example • Participate in the team's on-call rotation for systems built and operated • Partner with product and business stakeholders to shape and scope work

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong Python skills, including async, data processing, Redis, Kafka, database clients, and PySpark • Strong relational database skills, plus Redis and Kafka design and performance tuning • Good working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD • Experience contributing to and influencing architecture and implementation approach for a team • Deployment and release ownership • Product mindset and comfort speaking to customers and business stakeholders • Databricks experience is nice to have • Experience building LLM-powered systems, including human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows, is nice to have • Fraud detection, recommendation systems, or personalization systems experience is nice to have • Prometheus and Grafana experience is nice to have • SaaS or high-scale product domain experience is nice to have
