Descrição

• Set long-term technical visions and strategy across teams • Drive architectural coherence and alignment with business objectives • Shift architectural momentum when necessary and guide teams toward shared outcomes • Navigate ambiguity and define scalable technical solutions • Articulate complex technical concepts to engineers, product teams, customers, peers, and executives • Drive architectural decisions through implementation, adoption, and measurable business or technical impact • Help teams apply AI thoughtfully in product, architecture, and engineering workflow decisions • Collaborate across teams and leaders and influence without direct authority • Mentor and guide engineers and develop technical leaders • Make customer-focused, long-term trade-off decisions

🎯 Requisitos

• 15+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software or services • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles • Experience setting architecture vision and strategy for multiple teams • Experience driving architectural decisions through implementation, adoption, and measurable impact • Experience helping teams apply AI thoughtfully in product, architecture, and engineering workflow decisions • Experience developing highly available services at scale • 15+ years of experience building distributed services • Ability to collaborate across teams and leaders, influence indirectly, and navigate difficult conversations and decisions • Strong communication skills with customers, peers, and executive leadership • Experience and passion for mentoring engineers and developing technical leaders • Ability to create and communicate a vision or plan • Strategic thinking, customer focus, and product understanding • Preferred experience with AWS, React, Node.js, TypeScript, PHP, MySQL, and NoSQL databases • Preferred experience with Cursor or Claude Code/Cowork
