Descrição

• Serve as the primary operations liaison across Automation, Engineering, IT, Facilities, and Staffing throughout the facility launch lifecycle — from construction turnover through steady-state operations. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, providing clear and consistent updates to both internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track. • Develop process flows, labor models, and staffing plans that connect automation system design to operational headcount requirements. • Lead cross-functional teams through the execution phase of the project, from early site preparation and coordination to final system acceptance, while maintaining a strong focus on project goals. • Build readiness checklists and operational acceptance criteria that define what “ready to operate” means for each team before go-live. • Conduct post-launch performance analysis to close the loop between design intent and actual results. • Foster a culture built on transparency, timely decision-making, and strong partnerships across all project participants.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large automation, material handling, or construction projects. • Proven experience in scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management for complex technical projects. • Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling preferred. • Experience managing design/building, installation, and construction projects. • Skilled at stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and engineering teams. • Track record of delivery on time and within budget. • Strong problem-solving under pressure and ability to implement creative solutions. • Effective negotiator with proven ability to balance competing priorities. • Proficient with scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven performance tracking (Smartsheet / Jira).
