Descrição

• Support analytical workstreams across a range of data and analytics initiatives • Turn business questions into clear data requirements, KPI definitions, and reporting logic • Document the business rules, metric definitions, and assumptions behind our analytics • Help build and maintain foundational analytical assets — hierarchies, segmentation frameworks, benchmarking dimensions, and business reference data • Investigate discrepancies, spot data gaps, and help build trust in our core metrics • Partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to move work from idea to execution • Bring structure to ambiguous problems with support from senior team members • Create analyses, requirement docs, and summaries used by cross-functional teams and leadership • Help shape repeatable processes that make analytics easier and more consistent over time • Help maintain competitive and market benchmarking materials • Refresh benchmarking to reflect shifts in market capabilities and competitor moves • Help make sure market context is feeding into planning and prioritization

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field required • 4+ years in business analysis, analytics, strategy, product analytics, or a similar role • Strong automotive industry knowledge — you understand OEM and dealer dynamics, dealership operations, vehicle and sales data, or related automotive domains • Solid SQL skills and experience working across multiple data sources • A knack for turning fuzzy business problems into clear requirements and real deliverables • Experience defining and documenting KPIs and business rules • Sharp problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and a bias toward action • Strong communicator — you can explain the logic and the takeaway to both technical and business audiences • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
