Descrição
• Own travel, calendars, and scheduling for the CEO and Ops Director - booked right, nothing dropped. • Triage the inbox: handle what doesn't need a founder, draft the rest, keep threads moving. • As you ramp, help run board prep, quarterly OKRs, the monthly townhall, and the follow-ups. • Own the loose ends no one else does, and close them. • Over time, flag the bottlenecks and risks we're too close to see. • Assist the CEO with personal and family matters, and the Ops Director with confidential personnel work
🎯 Requisitos
• Strong written and spoken English • A few years in something demanding - EA, consulting, operations, or a startup. What you've done matters more than the title it had. • (Bonus) you bring a legal background.
