Descrição

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services including knowledge of policy forms, terms/conditions. • Maintain thorough knowledge of the insurance marketplace as well as develop and maintain significant relationships with key underwriters, ensuring thorough evaluation of qualified companies in the marketplace. • Responsible for assessing client needs, designing solutions and negotiating with insurance carriers to obtain most appropriate coverage plans for clients. • Market client business, typically of higher complexity, to a variety of insurance carriers, new and renewal business. • Identify appropriate carriers, submit applications for quotes, negotiate favorable rates including terms & conditions and prepare Insurance Proposals. • Stay current on industry news, products, coverage and technology. • Consistently maintain professional and appropriate demeanor. • Attend company meetings, educational workshops, carrier functions, staff meetings, and networking events when requested.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or 10 years’ work-related experience. • Prefer some experience in an agency environment. • Active state insurance license required. • Professional designations a plus such as, ARM, CPCU, CRM or CIC. • Proficient user of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
