Descrição

• Drive Continuum's most complex, highest-value engineering work and serve as the escalation point for its hardest problems • Design and build extensible frameworks, patterns, and reference implementations across TypeScript, C# (.NET), micro frontends, microservices, and AWS • Apply cutting-edge AI programs, patterns, and applications in daily engineering • Track emerging AI and platform technologies and bring valuable technologies into practice across the team • Partner with Architects and the Chief Architect to turn architectural direction into working, extensible reality • Set standards for code quality, testing, engineering rigor, and reusable documentation • Support Continuous' SOC 2 security program in designs and implementations • Coordinate with peripheral teams when work depends on or affects them • Work alongside Technical Leads, individual contributors, Architects, the Chief Architect, and other teams • Learn Continuum's architecture, codebase, and AI patterns; ship meaningful contributions • Own complex work from design through production • Identify gaps, propose improvements, organize action, introduce AI tools and patterns, and publish reusable frameworks • Become the escalation point for hard hands-on problems and drive improvements with Technical Leads and ICs

🎯 Requisitos

• Exceptional hands-on mastery and ability to learn new technologies quickly • Production-grade engineering experience rather than prototype work • Curiosity about AI research and emerging patterns, with ability to turn learning into working practice • Experience building extensible systems and identifying patterns across systems • Ability to lead through expertise, trust, and example • Ownership of complex, ambiguous, and novel AI problems through direct implementation and rigorous validation • Ability to develop engineers and share knowledge • Clear, persuasive communication with engineers, architects, and peripheral teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with TypeScript, C# (.NET), micro frontends, microservices, AWS ECS, PostgreSQL, SQS, and S3 • Ability to support a SOC 2 security program
