Descrição

• Keep the platform healthy and shape how the company builds software with AI • Identify where AI changes software development and turn effective approaches into shared practices and tooling • Help define AI usage across engineering and build shared tooling, agent workflows, and automation • Handle day-to-day infrastructure and platform issues so product engineers can focus on their work • Start embedded on one product team and expand scope across teams over time • Own infrastructure as code, CI/CD systems, mobile release automation, data pipelines, and monitoring • Scale practices across engineering through documentation, demos, and self-service tooling • Collaborate with engineers across all teams and influence engineering practice direction

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field • Comfort working across many different codebases, including unfamiliar ones • Genuine excitement about AI and the future of software development • Opinions about applying AI to real systems • Experience building tooling adopted by other engineers • Ability to identify improvement areas and drive projects to completion independently • Experience with GitHub Actions and Fastlane • Experience with Heroku and AWS • Experience with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and DBT • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and Node.js backends • Familiarity with native iOS and Android, Flutter, and React Native/Expo • Bonus: experience with automated mobile app release processes • Bonus: experience with data pipelines • Bonus: experience maintaining and tuning production databases • Bonus: experience with incident response and disaster recovery • Bonus: interest in mental health, brain training, and meditation
