• Develop product strategy, guide new product introductions, and ensure commercial success • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams • Translate customer needs into effective solutions • Manage the complete product lifecycle - from market analysis and voice of customer research through product development, launch, and ongoing optimization • Develop pricing strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and create effective marketing programs to drive adoption • Build strategic relationships with customers and key opinion leaders while contributing to scientific advances
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in product management, marketing or related commercial experience in life sciences/scientific products industry • Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Business or related field • Additional certifications in Product Management or Marketing beneficial • Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios and supporting business growth • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities for forecasting and business planning • Excellent project management skills with ability to guide cross-functional initiatives • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities • Deep understanding of customer clinical laboratory workflows and ability to translate needs into product requirements • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful product launches and marketing campaigns • Experience with product lifecycle management and stage-gate development processes • Proficiency with business applications including Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Customer-centric mindset with consultative approach to solution development • Travel required for customer/site visits and industry events up to 30%
