Descrição

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact and project-level contact between the sponsor and organization • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables • Account for overall project delivery, including quality, time, and cost • Establish and communicate customer expectations • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Manage contract understanding, resource alignment to budget, out-of-scope activity, Con Mod negotiations, and team execution to timelines • Drive project-level risk identification and issue resolution using RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• Global trial management experience in Psychiatric or Neurological Rare Diseases • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 8+ years of comparable relevant experience • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload in a frequently changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Strong understanding of project management principles: time, quality, and cost • Solid financial acumen • Interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Good judgment, decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical strategic thinking skills • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others • Cross-cultural awareness • Ability to comply with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
