Descrição

• Lead the modernization of enterprise reporting • Drive migration to modern BI platforms • Embed agentic AI workflows into business intelligence solutions • Design, build, and implement enterprise-grade BI and reporting solutions on modern platforms • Lead migration initiatives from legacy BI tools to modern cloud-based analytics environments • Architect and embed agentic AI workflows to automate reporting, insights generation, and decision-making processes • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions • Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrations using AWS services • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (PBI) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders • Ensure data governance, security, and best practices across BI and AI implementations • Provide technical guidance and mentorship on modern BI and agentic AI adoption

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of relevant experience in BI, data analytics, and/or AI-driven solutions engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and implementation • Proficiency in AWS (cloud infrastructure, data services, deployment) • Advanced expertise in Power BI (PBI) – dashboarding, DAX, data modeling • Proven experience in BI modernization and migration projects • Strong understanding of enterprise reporting architecture • Experience with Tableau • Experience with IBM Cognos • Experience with Alteryx (data preparation/ETL)
