Descrição

• Lead the design and delivery of complex initiatives across teams • Own and evolve the architecture of critical systems • Drive technical strategy within your domain • Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders • Act as a technical leader and mentor • Establish best practices for code quality and operational excellence • Identify and address system-wide risks and scaling challenges • Champion the adoption of AI and emerging technologies

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale, distributed systems in production environments • Strong backend expertise (Java or Kotlin preferred) • Demonstrated ability to design scalable architectures • Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across stakeholders • Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers • Deep understanding of microservices architectures • Ability to decompose complex problems into clear strategies • Strong product and customer mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience leveraging AI-based tools to increase engineering effectiveness
