Descrição

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for a Tier 1 financial services client, owning overall relationship success and growth strategy • Drive insight-to-action outcomes, translating data and analytics into actionable recommendations that improve client performance • Lead enterprise account strategy and planning, aligning TransUnion capabilities to client priorities and long-term objectives • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across analytics, product, technology, and delivery to ensure seamless execution • Identify and drive new business opportunities and expansion initiatives across the full TransUnion portfolio • Maintain strong client engagement and executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across multiple business lines • Lead recurring client cadences including weekly/quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive updates • Manage a high volume of priorities, continuously reprioritizing based on client and executive needs • Influence action, holding internal stakeholders accountable to deliver on commitments and timelines • Support a proactive transition plan from legacy owners, including shadowing and knowledge transfer from current account leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise client relationships, preferably within financial services • Proven ability to drive growth and business outcomes within large, strategic accounts • Experience operating in a matrixed organization, leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority • Strong ability to translate analytics or data insights into actionable business strategies • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders, including executive-level audiences • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
