Descrição

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams within the Amadeus GDS transformation • Manage large-scale, complex projects and develop full-scale project plans • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, resources, dependencies and critical paths • Represent CTM in customer- and vendor-facing meetings and report project status, dependencies and risks • Maintain an integrated schedule of project milestones in an external multi-party project plan • Identify and manage impacts of the GDS transition on business processes, agent workflows, customer experience, technology platforms and operational teams • Partner with business and operational leaders on change management, communications, training and readiness activities • Serve as an escalation point for challenging project issues • Manage project scope changes, identify risks and devise contingency plans • Coordinate project closure, document lessons learned and conduct project phase retrospectives • Communicate project portfolio and individual project progress, problems and solutions to stakeholders and senior management • Build business relationships that support project success and project management office growth • Provide performance management, hiring, training, coaching, feedback and development for direct and/or indirect reports as applicable • Drive employee engagement and support team and organizational culture

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required • 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity • Experience working with complex technology transformation, platform implementation, migration or business process change programmes • Experience in risk management and change management • Experience managing large-scale testing, business readiness, cutover and go-live activities • Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Experience in the Corporate Travel Management industry strongly preferred • Knowledge and expertise in project management concepts, practices, strategies and technologies • Advanced knowledge and skill in using project management software tools • Working knowledge of business travel management platforms and practices would be of high value • Knowledge of business and management principles involving strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, production methods and coordination of people and resources • Strong people skills and ability to read communication styles across broad disciplines • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all company levels • Ability to elicit cooperation from upper management, clients and other departments • Ability to drive change aligned with company strategy and goals • Logic and reasoning skills to evaluate alternative solutions and approaches • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities with attention to detail • Adaptability and ability to tolerate stress • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to do basic math • Ability to read and interpret information • Regular and reliable attendance • Domestic and global travel is required
