Descrição

• Design and lead the architecture of a next-generation conversational AI platform replacing traditional search with intelligent dialogue • Architect the AI orchestration layer coordinating large language models, specialized agents, retrieval systems, recommendation engines, and external APIs • Build systems that understand user intent, determine required information, retrieve data from multiple real-time providers, reason across competing options, and generate conversational responses • Assemble and rank information from ticketing providers, hotels, airlines, restaurants, transportation services, mapping platforms, weather services, and other third-party data sources • Design AI-native systems for multi-step task planning, conversational context, tool execution, result ranking, and adaptive recommendations • Define technical vision and establish architectural standards • Evaluate emerging AI technologies • Mentor senior engineers, architects, and principal engineers • Make long-term decisions regarding LLM strategy, retrieval architecture, agent design, memory management, semantic search, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI evaluation frameworks • Integrate the conversational platform with backend infrastructure, payments, blockchain, messaging, mini-programs, and platform services • Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and user experience across the ecosystem

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience architecting and delivering production-scale AI platforms used by large numbers of users • Demonstrated leadership as a Principal Engineer, Chief Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or equivalent senior technical role • Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and modern AI orchestration frameworks • Strong understanding of recommendation engines, ranking algorithms, personalization, and conversational AI • Extensive experience designing distributed, cloud-native systems capable of operating at global scale with high availability and low latency • Hands-on experience integrating complex third-party APIs and building systems that combine multiple real-time data sources into a unified experience • Exceptional architectural judgment with the ability to simplify complex technical problems into scalable, maintainable solutions • Proven ability to lead senior engineering teams, mentor architects and principal engineers, establish engineering standards, and make long-term technical decisions • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and executive leadership • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building category-defining products and solving problems that have not been solved before • A track record of shipping ambitious, innovative products rather than simply maintaining existing platforms • Creative problem solver who can courageously propose and support new ideas • Ability to adapt and use a wide array of technologies • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the growing pains of an early-stage technology company • Exceptional entrepreneurial judgment that fosters independence over micro-management • Understanding of football and international sports is a huge plus
