Descrição

• Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security • Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content structures based on business requirements • Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx to deliver customized solutions • Plan and execute migrations from legacy SharePoint platforms, including 2013, 2016, and 2019, to SharePoint Online • Use ShareGate, Metalogix, or native SharePoint migration tools for secure content migration with minimal disruption • Validate and troubleshoot migration outcomes, resolving data integrity, permissions, and configuration issues • Gather and refine requirements with OCC technical teams, business users, and stakeholders • Provide advice on SharePoint architecture, integrations, and governance best practices • Develop and enforce governance models aligned with OCC policies and compliance requirements • Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation for SharePoint solutions and workflows • Perform ongoing support, patching, and upgrades within SharePoint Online • Resolve technical issues with SAIC and OCC teams to ensure seamless end-user operation

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of progressive IT experience OR an Associate's Degree with 10+ years OR 12+ years of equivalent IT experience • US Citizenship and must be able to obtain a public trust clearance • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Engineer, including expertise in SharePoint Online and migrations • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, capabilities, and configuration • Proven experience with SharePoint migrations using tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or other migration platforms • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) • Strong understanding of Office 365 environment integrations including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD • Experience with Treasury or IRS systems is a plus • Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance requirements is desirable • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on end-user satisfaction
