Descrição

• Provide a high level of customer service to patients and parents • Assist with scheduling appointments across multiple offices • Provide information on policies and the practice • Respond to cases at a busy primary care pediatric office with multiple locations • Follow appropriate triage protocols and schedule messages for RNs and Pediatricians • Register and guide new patients • Answer general questions about the practice and offices • Transfer calls to the correct individuals/departments • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and policies • Handle high volume of calls and emails while working remotely • Use company-provided equipment and complete training

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be located in Alabama • Ability to speak Spanish (Do you speak Spanish fluently? Yes/No) • 1+ Years of customer service experience/ call center experience • Excellent communication and problem solving skills • Strong computer skills • A strong internet connection for the ability to work remotely, uninterrupted • Quiet home/workspace where you can perform tasks uninterrupted • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment • Ability to self manage • Must live in Alabama • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and policies • Manual dexterity for computer keyboard; ability to talk, hear, and see as needed for role
