Descrição

• Work directly with non-engineering stakeholders to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities • Design solution architecture and own applications, infrastructure, tooling, and deployment end to end • Build and ship AI-enabled internal tools and system integrations • Develop LLM-powered features or agents where appropriate • Use AI coding tools to prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback • Explain technical decisions and progress to non-technical stakeholders • Report progress to engineering management daily or weekly and flag gaps early • Set up and run local environments • Collaborate with the platform team to deploy solutions to production • Follow data privacy, security, and governance controls • Work on projects varying from approximately one week to two months during a six-month project

🎯 Requisitos

• Senior-level, strong full-stack engineering experience • Ability to design and build an application end to end • Java or Python and React preferred • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to translate technical work for non-technical stakeholders • Product sense and ability to propose solutions without a ticket or specification • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a daily AI-first workflow • Experience integrating LLMs into applications, or strong full-stack experience with relevant AI prototypes • Autonomy owning architecture, infrastructure, and tooling • Basic infrastructure experience with containers, Kubernetes, and AWS • Ability to run services locally and work with a platform team on production deployment • Must pass the client AI transformation assignment, including a recorded video • Must be based in Latin America, as indicated by the required application question • Reliable internet connection and laptop
