Ela combina equipes de cuidados interdisciplinares (médicos, enfermeiros, assistentes sociais) com ferramentas digitais (MyTuesday) para proporcionar gerenciamento de sintomas, planejamento antecipado de cuidados e acesso 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, por meio de visitas presenciais, telemedicina e acompanhamento telefônico. A Tuesday Health faz parcerias com planos de saúde e provedores para reduzir visitas hospitalares evitáveis, melhorar o cuidado alinhado aos objetivos e apoiar tanto os pacientes quanto os cuidadores.

Descrição

• Collaborate with operational stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Engagement) to clarify analytic needs and define requirements. • Build clear analyses, visuals, and dashboards using datasets such as claims, pharmacy, FHIR, Elevate, and other internal tools. • Prepare customer-facing summaries that show Tuesday Health impact, support JOC materials, and track progress toward SLAs. • Assist with data model development by creating well-documented transformations and partner with Analytics Engineering to ensure models stay accurate and aligned with reporting needs. • Monitor data quality for dashboards and reports. Flag anomalies, locate root causes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to reduce downstream reporting issues.

🎯 Requisitos

• Proficiency with SQL • Proficiency with one or more BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.) • 2-4 years in healthcare analytics or a related data role • Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting that supports operations • Experience analyzing and transforming data in Python (Nice-To-Have) • Familiarity with dbt and analytics engineering best practices (Nice-To-Have) • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms (Nice-To-Have) • Experience with healthcare datasets (e.g. claims, ADT/HIE) (Nice-To-Have) • Experience with git for version control (Nice-To-Have)
