Descrição

• Support delivery of electric vehicle service center construction projects in alignment with client goals and timelines • Create checklists from vendor feasibility reports • Manage onboarding processes for project team members and vendors • Maintain dashboards and trackers for project progress, milestones, and performance metrics • Coordinate purchase orders, document control, and project communications • Facilitate regular meetings and ensure timely information flow between stakeholders • Track and update project milestones to support schedule adherence • Assist with field coordination and issue resolution during construction • Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and accessible • Support commissioning and close-out activities, including punch list tracking and final documentation • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth project execution • Contribute to project reporting and status updates for internal and client stakeholders • Support onboarding of new vendors and team members • Coordinate utility connections and permitting processes related to EV infrastructure • Help manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts • Monitor and report on safety compliance and site conditions during construction • Coordinate with IT and facilities teams on EV charging systems and operational technologies • Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or related roles • Experience creating checklists from vendor feasibility reports is preferable • Exposure to EV infrastructure or service center construction is beneficial • Experience supporting construction of service centers, transportation hubs, or infrastructure-heavy facilities • Familiarity with permitting and utility coordination processes • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools such as Procore • Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Smartsheet is a plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs • Comfortable working in both field and office settings, with occasional travel as needed • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation across multiple projects • Knowledge of EV systems, charging infrastructure, or fleet operations is beneficial • Ability to adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
