Descrição

• Manage insurer design compliance across a portfolio of new data center developments • Assess prospective sites and developer designs against insurer requirements during pre-lease due diligence • Support the transaction team with insurer requirements, lease documentation and performance specifications • Manage open insurer review items through closure with developers, general contractors and subcontractors • Coordinate between the client design team, insurer and developer on insurer design compliance • Maintain project compliance tracking matrices covering open items, evidence, responsible parties, status and schedule impact • Review developer design submissions and insurer plan review letters to identify non-compliances and outstanding evidence • Organize and lead working sessions with design and trade parties • Attend recurring insurer coordination meetings and report portfolio status • Prepare weekly status reports covering blocking items, progress, actions and milestone impact • Communicate insurer requirements and advise on acceptable means of compliance • Prepare and support deviation or exemption requests with evidence and impact assessments • Monitor insurer review turnaround and escalate schedule-affecting delays • Develop checklists, standard requirement packages and template documentation • Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management, design coordination or technical project management in the construction industry • Data center or mission critical experience preferred • Experience with other complex or heavily regulated building types considered • Working knowledge of architectural, structural and fire protection design • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems sufficient to coordinate across disciplines • Familiarity with US building and fire codes • Experience with insurer-led or third-party design approval processes preferred • Ability to track and close technical items across multiple concurrent projects • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and technical submittals • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to summarize technical status for senior stakeholders • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace • US PST time zone coverage required • Occasional travel to project sites as required
