Descrição

• Provide consulting services to the retail client telecom client account to help achieve strategic business objectives • Manage retail store fit-out and renovation projects from preconstruction planning and permitting through closeout • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for commercial real estate projects • Interface with Architects and General Contractors • Define project scope and manage RFPs and RFIs • Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process • Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements • Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely, coordinated documentation • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks • Apply principles, techniques, and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Mentor others and share knowledge • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement • Impact customer, operational, project, and service activities within own and related teams

🎯 Requisitos

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred • Experience with retail client accounts managing fit-out and renovation construction preferred • Ability to read architectural drawings and technical construction documents • Knowledge of lease agreements and vendor management highly desirable • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smartsheet • Experience with Tango or similar project management software required • Corrigo or other facilities management software desirable • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
