Descrição

• Support in collecting, processing and organizing data and developing reports, summaries, and presentations • Provide administrative support, including support with organizing meetings and preparing and distributing agendas and documents for various internal meetings and follow-up with action items • Support with drafting miscellaneous documents such as briefs for engaging external counsel and support with managing billing and invoicing for legal services • Develop and manage playbooks and trackers such as legal spend tracker and licensing tracker • Support with legal documents (document conversion, unlock/edit protected files, format documents, generate redline comparisons, incorporate edits, produce final execution ready, and initiate final contracts for signature via DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms) • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in data collection, processing, and presentation development • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support and coordination role • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard AI tools • Minimum of three years of experience in a related position supporting a team of professionals is required • Paralegal background is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proactive behavior, showing initiative and being action-oriented • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently • Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment • Must be able to shift gears easily and feel comfortable wearing multiple hats
