Descrição

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software • Build best in class fitness and wellness mobile apps • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables • Focus on overall product quality and user experience • Take initiative and be responsible for technical solutions • Mentor and coach new engineering hires and other software engineers • Tackle highly complex problems and bugs and promote best practices • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including on-call rotations • Report to the engineering director

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely-related • Experience building Android and/or iOS apps integrating health sensors such as CGMs, smartwatches, BP monitors, and smart scales • Either 3+ years of Android software development experience or 3+ years of iOS software development experience • Either 3+ years writing software in Kotlin or Swift • Strong proficiency building modern UIs with Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI • 1+ year of experience designing and implementing local databases using SQLite and mobile-side caching • Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code • Demonstrated engineering judgment regarding simplicity, readability, build value, mobile sensibilities, and UX • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Preferred: 1+ year of Flutter and Dart development experience • Preferred: 1+ year of Python/AI development experience in AWS • Preferred: mobile software CI/CD, iOS Bluetooth/IoT solutions, and iOS security experience • Must be interested in and capable of learning new coding languages as required; proficiency or mastery in Flutter, Dart, Python, AWS, and AI system design is expected within 90 days
