• Start the company onboarding process and learn more about our company’s culture, values, history, and commitments to our clients • Gain an understanding of our integrated development process, tooling and frameworks, and project approach • Learn from our integrated teams of designers, developers, delivery managers, and strategists • Learn more about the client experience, from product discovery to delivery • Review your career grid and meet with your manager to identify goals • If staffed onto client work, start onboarding to client domain and learn about the engagement • Complete your onboarding process • Receive your first quarterly feedback report from your project team • Attend your first TXI Quarterly with the rest of the organization • Start to see the impact on your project and project team. You will participate in client-facing retrospectives along the way to look for opportunities to evolve and improve • Complete a review with your manager • Push your team to do its best work yet. You’ll know the team well by this point and understand how to encourage them to do work we are all incredibly proud of • Look back proudly on the projects and organizational changes you’ve inspired or directed, as well as the impact you have made across TXI

🎯 Requisitos

• Agile Project Management: You are an expert at utilizing agile project management skills to efficiently plan, execute, and manage projects iteratively to deliver exceptional software within the constraints of scope, time, and budget • Risk Mitigation: You are highly capable at identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks, as well as effectively managing changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements. You are capable of ensuring that clients, team members, and stakeholders maintain awareness and can plan accordingly. • Team Enablement: You are highly capable at fostering an environment and ways of working that promote collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement. You can empower teams to drive innovation and achieve successful project outcomes. • Product Management: You are highly capable of thoughtfully steering the development, launch, and evolution of a company's product(s) to meet desired outcomes.
