Descrição

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing end users, contractors, and engineers while cultivating new business opportunities and long-term partnerships. • Provide engineers and end users with professional product recommendations, technical support, and consistent follow-up to ensure successful project execution and maximize sales growth. • Take initiative in scheduling customer meetings, coordinating product presentations and promotional events, and maintaining regular communication with your customer base. • Attend product training sessions and actively participate in local industry associations, conferences, and trade shows. • Travel to manufacturers and represented company locations for training and professional development as needed.

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 4 years of experience within the water and wastewater industry, with proven success in sales, business development, or account management. • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license highly desired. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present technical solutions to engineers, municipalities, contractors, and plant personnel. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through. • Proven skills in consultative selling, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution. • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and territory management abilities. • Comfortable conducting in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects, priorities, and customer accounts. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/customer relationship management software preferred. • Valid U.S. driver’s license required. • Ability and willingness to travel in an assigned territory (Upstate NY).
