Descrição

• Oversee the construction of civil and vertical structures • Supervise UICN work crews and subcontractors both onsite and offsite • Manage all phases of contract and warranty work • Ensure safety and quality standards are met • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment via barge and air freight • Read and interpret plans and specifications • Perform Quality Control functions • Work with Project Manager to budget, forecast, and manage craft labor, equipment, materials, small tools, consumables, and general working environment • Review and update project schedule and three weeks look ahead scheduling • Manage logistics of unloading, staging & storing of material, food & equipment

🎯 Requisitos

• High school diploma or equivalent • Familiarity with the specific project, including owner’s representatives, and the location of tools and equipment • Valid driver’s license and three (3) year clean driving record • 15 years of construction experience (preferred) • 7–10 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred) • Experience working on remote school construction projects (preferred) • Experience managing remote construction projects (preferred) • Familiarity with cloud-based construction management systems (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems (preferred) • OSHA 30 hour certification • OSHA Competent Person
