Descrição

• Lead complex bridge engineering efforts from concept through completion, ensuring high technical quality and sound engineering judgment. • Solve advanced structural challenges involving steel and concrete systems, curved girders, seismic and ice loading, and other specialized conditions. • Conduct independent technical reviews, including oversight of third‑party designs, to ensure accuracy, safety, constructability, and compliance. • Serve as a project manager or technical lead on bridge and structural projects for state DOTs, counties, municipalities, and tribal entities. • Develop and manage scopes, budgets, and schedules with disciplined execution and clear communication. • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, including state and local agencies, tribal nations, and industry partners. • Mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, reviewing work, and sharing expertise in analysis, criteria, and constructability to strengthen standards across the practice.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering; a master’s degree is preferred. • 12+ years of experience required. • Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Significant experience in bridge engineering, including design and review of steel and concrete structures for state DOTs, counties, municipalities, or tribal entities. • Experience with Risa, STAAD.Pro, Midas, CSiBridge, or similar advanced analysis platforms. • Proven ability to solve complex structural challenges involving curved girders, seismic and ice loading, and other advanced technical conditions. • Demonstrated experience leading bridge projects or major technical components with accountability for quality, schedule, and client communication. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to clients, partners, and team members. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide disciplined technical judgment in fast‑moving project environments. • Commitment to quality, safety, and professional integrity in all aspects of project delivery. • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
