Descrição

• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. • Monitor infrastructure, performance, and service availability. • Manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes. • Administer patches, configurations, and compliance. • Analyze trends and identify automation opportunities. • Continuously improve the end-user experience. • Work jointly with global teams and the client’s technical specialists. • Clearly describe hands-on experience, technology knowledge, proficiency, total professional experience, on-call availability, certifications, and preferred technology experience in the resume.

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 5 years of experience. • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or corporate desktop virtualization technologies. • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory. • Experience in infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and incident management. • Experience with monitoring, performance tuning, and critical environments. • Advanced or fluent English — mandatory. • Fluent Portuguese. • Advanced or fluent Spanish preferred. • Experience with VMware Horizon, Citrix, or other VDI solutions preferred. • Knowledge of automation and PowerShell preferred. • Microsoft Azure and Microsoft certifications, including MD-102, AZ-104, SC-200, SC-900, and AZ-900 preferred. • Knowledge of Zero Trust and Endpoint Security best practices preferred. • Availability for the on-call rotation. • Resume must clearly describe relevant hands-on experience, language proficiency, total years of professional experience, availability, certifications, and preferred technology experience.

🏖️ Benefícios

• Contract: 12 months with extension • Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for critical P1 incidents when required
