Descrição

• Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Jamf Pro environments • Ensure the security, compliance, and efficiency of corporate devices • Participate in an on-call rotation for critical P1 incidents when required • Clearly describe hands-on experience with the listed technologies and language proficiency in the résumé • Provide further information during the technical interview

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of 5 years of experience • Advanced/fluent English is mandatory • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager • Experience with Jamf Pro administration • macOS administration and troubleshooting • Management of Windows and Apple devices • Experience with Windows Autopilot • Knowledge of Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Endpoint Security • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory • Knowledge of PowerShell and automation • Experience with MDM/UEM and corporate endpoint management • Experience with patch management, software deployment, and device enrollment • Résumé must be submitted in English • Preferred: advanced or fluent Spanish • Preferred: Apple Business Manager (ABM) • Preferred: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint • Preferred: Bash, Shell Scripting, or Python • Preferred: Jamf certifications • Preferred: Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, SC-200, SC-900, AZ-900) • Preferred: knowledge of Zero Trust and Endpoint Security best practices
