Descrição

• Optimize Meter-to-Cash processes: You analyze and optimize business processes across the entire Meter-to-Cash chain — from metering point operations through market communication to billing. • Support SAP S/4HANA Utilities projects: You assist our clients in the transformation from SAP IS-U to SAP S/4HANA Utilities and contribute to the design, implementation and further development of modern process landscapes. • Provide professional consulting: You analyze business issues, structure requirements and develop practical, sustainable solutions together with our clients. • Shape transformation projects: You actively participate in implementation, migration and optimization projects and support test management, cutover and hypercare. • Facilitate workshops: You run workshops, interviews and coordination meetings with business units to build a shared understanding of complex subject matter. • Support project work: You take responsibility for functional work packages and work closely with clients, project managers and internal expert teams.

🎯 Requisitos

• Practical experience: You have several years of experience working at an energy supplier, grid operator or metering point operator and are familiar with energy industry business processes from hands-on practice. • Meter-to-Cash expertise: You have solid knowledge in areas such as market communication, metering, device management, billing, tariffing, smart metering, customer service or receivables management. • SAP competence: You have practical experience with SAP IS-U and ideally have already had first contact with SAP S/4HANA Utilities or related transformation projects. • Agile working methods: You have experience working with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe. Ideally you hold a certification as Product Owner, Scrum Master or a comparable qualification. • Flexibility: You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with different clients, organizations and issues. • Strong communication skills: You present confidently to clients, facilitate workshops and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders. • German language: You have very good German skills (at least C1).
