Descrição

• Design and implement an automation strategy for the organization's IT systems using Ansible • Write Ansible playbooks, set up Ansible Tower, and integrate Ansible with other tools and platforms • Manage server, network, and software configurations across the organization • Automate software deployment across various environments and integrate Ansible into development and deployment lifecycles • Troubleshoot and resolve Ansible environment and automated-task issues • Provide technical support to IT staff and users • Ensure Ansible usage and managed configurations comply with security policies and regulations • Automate security tasks such as patch deployment and system hardening • Document Ansible configurations, playbooks, and procedures • Prepare reports on system performance, availability, and compliance • Train and mentor IT staff in Ansible and IT automation • Promote automation across the organization • Participate in an on-call rotation and travel as needed

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in IT • At least 3 years of experience managing Ansible environments • Strong understanding of Ansible components, including playbooks, roles, and Ansible Tower • Familiarity with Linux system administration, shell scripting, networking, and security • Experience with other configuration management or IT automation tools is a plus • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation • Willingness to travel as needed • Physical requirements may include working in a data center environment and handling heavy equipment, depending on the role and location • RHCE or Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation certifications are highly desirable
