Descrição

• Embed inside a Forward Deployed Experience Pod and work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to learn real workflows • Own the pod's workflow, KPIs, and alignment • Define success metrics with the executive sponsor and build toward them • Redesign the human experience around AI • Break complex business problems into composable, shippable work for daily production progress • Work in the client's technology stack alongside the Forward Deployed Engineer and Forward Deployed Experience Designer • Partner with Valtech leadership and client executive sponsors to address legal, compliance, architecture, risk, governance, and internal politics • Govern, secure, and measure AI outcomes using evaluations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design • Create the framework proving the solution works and continues working after the pod leaves • Transfer ownership through documentation, conventions, and sustainable team rituals • Surface the next client opportunity from embedded work • Contribute learnings and deployment patterns to the evolution of Valtech's FDE practice

🎯 Requisitos

• Demonstrable experience as a senior Product Manager in a digital consultancy, product organization, or embedded-team environment • Track record of shipping production software, not just running discovery • T-shaped skills spanning product, engineering, and UX design • Ability to read and reason about code • Ability to prototype interactions in Figma • Ability to hold technical and design trade-off conversations • Proven experience taking AI or ML solutions from concept into production • Experience navigating people, process, and governance problems affecting AI production deployment • Hands-on fluency with modern AI tooling across the SDLC • Experience with AI-assisted requirements and synthesis • Experience prototyping with tools such as Figma Make or Claude • Experience with AI-accelerated development pairing with engineers • Knowledge of agent evaluation frameworks • Strong executive presence and hands-on credibility • Ability to break ambiguous business problems into composable, shippable units • Solid commercial awareness • Experience in modern delivery environments • Ability to adapt the operating model to the engagement • Track record of coaching domain experts into solution ownership
