Descrição

• Own, implement, optimize, and integrate the revenue technology stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Administer and optimize revenue tools, CRM workflows, cross-system integrations, data governance, and vendor management • Implement and oversee platforms for intelligence, forecasting, and automation • Manage Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo/Ringlead, and other primary tools • Interface with vendors, manage renewals, troubleshoot tool issues, and improve interoperability • Evaluate the GTM technology stack and recommend consolidations or additions • Educate the GTM team on workflows and new tool features • Liaise with Salesforce administrators on CRM data and workflow improvements • Support Salesforce hygiene, account changes, troubleshooting, scoring, enrichment, deduplication, and integration tasks • Own Ringlead automated CRM hygiene and representative assignment logic • Build and maintain automated lead routing in Ringlead • Architect enrichment and routing processes for high-intent leads • Support CRM contact segmentation and collaborate with Marketing on campaign lead quality and task ownership • Assess and improve the technology stack, workflows, lead management, data flow, and tool integration over time

🎯 Requisitos

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role • 3+ years of hands-on CRM administration, preferably Salesforce, covering objects, flows, permissioning, and lifecycle design • 2+ years building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes • Knowledge of Salesforce object model, flows, validation, permissioning, roles, and reporting • Familiarity with CPQ/forecasting is a plus • Experience administering conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, sales engagement, enrichment/ABM, routing/orchestration, and document automation tools • Experience with API-based integrations, field mapping, error handling, and monitoring • Knowledge of deduplication, normalization, enrichment strategies, data dictionaries, and governance • Project/change management experience including backlog management, UAT, release notes, training, and adoption tracking • Clear requirements gathering, prioritization, and status updates • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time business hours
