Descrição

• Design and ship data-handling controls, code, filters, and infrastructure guardrails for internal AI tooling and product AI features • Redact sensitive data from prompts, model context, logs, and outputs before third-party model-provider access • Build and productionize AI-enhanced vulnerability reduction integrated with CI/CD • Surface real security defects with low false-positive rates and recommend or apply remediation • Publish and evolve self-serve secure-LLM-use patterns for engineering teams • Threat-model internal AI tools for prompt injection, indirect prompt attacks, model exfiltration, and agent-tool boundary weaknesses • Partner with the red team to address findings and build fixes and guardrails • Partner with Compliance on auditor-facing evidence for AI-assisted controls and human-review requirements • Contribute AI-security expertise to vulnerability management, supply-chain risk reduction, code-owner routing, and compliance evidence programs • Set direction on emerging LLM security tools and AI-forward workflows, deciding what to adopt, skip, or build in-house

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years across security and engineering, with recent focus on AI/ML systems in production • Hands-on experience shipping controls operating on LLM inputs and outputs, including redaction, filtering, output validation, and prompt-injection defense • Experience building and tuning detection systems for PII and secrets across large, messy datasets • Ability to choose between regex rules, trained classifiers, and LLM detection based on cost, latency, and accuracy • Track record of taking AI/security work from concept to production, including developer-trust and false-positive management • Strong cloud security fundamentals across Azure and AWS, including RBAC, secret management, key handling, and network egress controls • Ability to turn LLM safety questions into reusable mechanisms such as PR-template scoring rubrics, lint rules, or approval gates • Comfort building and hardening security tooling in Python and Go • Familiarity with SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and HITRUST evidentiary expectations • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development environments such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot Enterprise • Demonstrable track record of shipping production code through a portfolio, open-source contributions, or internal build history • Familiarity with LLM attack techniques, traditional AppSec or SAST, Azure OpenAI enterprise data-handling controls, LLM governance patterns, and developer-workflow security-tool integration are bonus skills
