🎯 Requisitos

• Undergrad required; Masters or PhD within an engineering discipline preferred • 5+ years of automotive, robotics, aerospace or related industry experience • Experience with requirements and metrics for driving behavior evaluations • Experience with building complex driving behavior scenarios • Experience with methods and standards such as STPA, SOTIF (ISO 21448) and / or UL 4600 • Strong fundamentals in mathematics, engineering and physics • Ability to communicate complex concepts or data in a simple-yet-accurate manner • Excellent data analysis skills with modern tools such as Python or Matlab • Open-minded and collaborative leader who is eager to provide guidance and has the willingness to help others • Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions • Bonus/nice to have: • Experience in launching a driverless product • Experience in leading small teams of systems engineers • Experience in the automotive self driving industry • Experience building software systems from scratch • Experience in robotics or machine learning • Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
