Descrição

• Own the design and improvement of analytical tools, planning workflows, dashboards, and system-enabled processes supporting demand, supply, inventory, and operations decisions • Build predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models for forecasting, inventory risk, supply constraints, service performance, and exception detection using AI, automation, and self-service solutions • Perform exploratory analysis, root-cause analysis, data validation, feature development, and performance measurement • Develop scenario and simulation models to quantify tradeoffs across service, cost, inventory, and risk • Translate supply chain and business problems into scalable analytical solutions embedded in processes and systems • Partner with IT, planning, operations, and finance teams to improve data flows, reporting structures, planning system outputs, and analytical tools • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, recommendations, and business insights • Improve data quality, metric consistency, and analytical rigor across the planning organization

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, operations research, data science, supply chain, analytics, or a related quantitative field • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, systems, operations research, industrial engineering, or a related quantitative role • Experience with SQL, BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel • Python, R, or similar analytical programming experience preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn ambiguous business questions into practical solutions • Experience working with large, complex datasets and building clear analytical recommendations and outputs • Skill and interest in AI-enabled workflows and production deployments • Strong communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts and model outputs to business and executive stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and a builder mindset • Preferred: experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, retail, CPG, or automotive • Preferred: experience with statistical analysis, optimization, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, scenario modeling, or machine learning • Preferred: experience supporting global or multi-region business operations
