Descrição

• Evaluation, development and implementation of AI solutions within the WBS GRUPPE • Designing and implementing maintainable, well-tested backend services and full-stack applications • Developing business-specific AI applications such as RAG systems, assistants, and generative text processing based on existing Large Language Models • Using modern AI tools to increase development speed and quality • Integrating existing AI models and services into current systems and workflows • Building data integration solutions for continuous, automated data flows • Preparing and processing data for AI applications • Designing, documenting, and delivering clean APIs • Setting up automated tests and CI/CD pipelines • Continuously evaluating and improving software components and RAG pipelines • Contributing to the optimization of business processes and the achievement of strategic company goals

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in a senior role • Advanced knowledge of Python (backend, data engineering, and prototyping) or a comparable language • TypeScript and/or C# are a plus • Practical experience with Clean Code principles, Test-Driven Development, automated testing, and code reviews • Solid knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases • Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications • Strong backend fundamentals with basic frontend knowledge (e.g., TypeScript/React) • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and align solutions with concrete business value • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • German language skills at a minimum of C1 level, both written and spoken • Residence required in Germany, Austria, or Spain only
