Descrição

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight • The primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants • Design and deliver lessons both as a content presenter and as a learning facilitator/coach • Subject-specific teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D • Design and apply a variety of teaching methods for course delivery • Prepare and conduct learner assessments • Contribute to quality assurance measures • Enthusiasm for innovative concepts in individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer

🎯 Requisitos

• Completed vocational training or university degree • Professional and project experience as a consultant • Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and online teaching • A current SAP S/4HANA certification • Proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., P2WTTT certificate, AEVO) • Methodological and didactic skill in delivering instructional content • Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
