Descrição

• Design and build Nest.js service scaffolding for new backend services in Webflow’s next-generation monorepo • Implement paved paths, generators, and platform primitives for new services • Build seams allowing new services to run independently of the existing monolith • Own deployment for services and web applications on Cloudflare and interoperability with AWS and Kubernetes through Pulumi and Argo CD • Lead migrations of substantial codebases into the monorepo and develop repeatable migration recipes • Partner with product teams as platform customers and use their adoption and friction to guide priorities • Encode learnings into tooling, generators, and agent-assisted workflows • Participate in engineering citizenship activities, including co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams

🎯 Requisitos

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years building and operating backend services in production • Demonstrated experience in backend service design, defining service boundaries, contracts and data ownership • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English • Experience working inside a large, heavily-coupled codebase and extracting or bypassing functionality incrementally behind behaviour-preserving contracts • Fluency in TypeScript and Node • Comfort with edge runtimes • Hands-on experience with monorepo tooling at scale, such as Nx or Turborepo • Understanding of build-graph correctness • Experience with migration engineering, verification of generated output, and bug-for-bug translation • Experience partnering with product teams as platform customers • Comfort working across cloud boundaries and evaluating latency and spend • Strong written technical communication • Proactive adoption and application of AI and emerging technologies • Valid right-to-work authorization depending on the country of employment • Successful background check may be required
