Descrição

🎯 Requisitos

• Fluent English (written and spoken); • Previous customer service experience; • Experience in remote customer support; • Experience with phone-based support; • Experience with ticketing systems; • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally; • Experience using CRM systems; • Strong attention to detail;
